Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be attached

  • Return requests must be made within14 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at slightlyjackedco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Do not send items back without authorization, as they may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. SlightlyJackedCo. is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem at no additional cost to you.
